The energy in the forest in springtime inspired this spirit of a buck leaping between the shadows of the trees. Some small scratched does in the lower right corner are a nod to the serenity of deer at rest or when they’re maybe a little too comfortable around humans. But, they’re quick to burst into action at a moment’s notice.
