I often hear people complaining about the rain even while we’re still in the midst of a drought. It helps that I’m a pluviophile, but even then I never understood people who would complain about what is perfectly normal weather for our climate. It’s exceedingly good to have a wet winter, especially given the conditions we’ve seen for over a decade and the town we lost to fire, which rain helped to quell. Sure, too much of a good thing is bad, but California can’t get enough rain right now as far as I’m concerned. Keep your sunny days, I’ll take the rain and the blessings of water that falls from the sky.
